Since 2009 Matthew has been involved in the development, construction, lease up and disposition of 24 market rate communities in Colorado and Arizona representing 7,062 units with a total project capitalization of over $2 billion. Mr. Schildt is a graduate of the University of Virginia and also holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado at Boulder.  Matthew led the Mountain States Division of Trammell Crow Residential from 2009 to 2017 and has also served as a Regional Development Partner with both the Dinerstein Companies and Sares Regis Group.  Matthew is a member of the Urban Land Institute Reginal MF Product Council, the CU Real Estate Council, The Downtown Denver Partnership and additionally serves on the board that oversees the City of Boulder’s Affordable Housing Fund.
